Delivering Procedure
Office open between 9am - 4pm.
Deliveries made next working day (on receipt of payment) by couriers, if you are not home nappies areleft at front door. Couriers deliver Monday to Friday.
If calling after hours please leave your order and phone number on answering machine.
Certain Products may have a delivery cost if not ordered with nappies.

Payment Procedure
Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card or Bank Card over the phone which provides a convenient, effective payment system.
Receipts are sent with nappies.
Telephone Banking - BPAY.
Call our office first to be given your customer reference number then call your bank, credit union or building society to make this payment from your cheque or savings account.
Cheques can be sent to: Aussie Nappies P/L P.O Box 110 Webb St. Narre Warren Vic 3805
Please write name, address, phone no, and required order on the back of the cheque.
The day Cheque received order dispatched for delivery next day.
Cash, Cheque, Eftpos all available at factory.

Pick Ups
Factory Outlet, 127 Sommerville Rd, Hamptom Park.

Returns
All first quality nappies guaranteed, any faults put nappies aside and let our office know.
If wrong size ordered and bag is unopened a charge of $6.00 applies to pick up and return bag.
Opened bags cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
